i contacted Pandora CS on line. unable / unwilling to help!!!! store associate very helpful, not enough characters to tell whole story but suffice to say - on line service person was a robot reading from a script

Sales personnel were friendly, not pushy, helpful and professional. The store was immaculate, and well lit. I could have spent hours looking at merchandise; therefore I must visit Pandora again. Ps. I don’t own any Pandora merchandise as yet, bought as a Birthday gift and I was wowed at store. Palisades Mall’s Pandora was very impressive. Good job Pandora! Keep it up!
