Love the charms

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I had great service there even though they were very busy. The prices were great and I love everything I purchased. I would definitely purchase jewelry again there.

The customer service was amazing we walked in the store and immediately we were greeted and asked if we needed help. The item that my fiancé purchased i loved loved loved it. Will be going back to purchase other items.

The service and assistance was excellent. I went in to the shop wanting to buy charms for a work colleagues leaving present and coming baby and the 3 ladies helped me select and match the final product. They were highly professional and extremely customer focused.

Priscilla was off that day, however she called me about the promotions and I have requested to reserve an item which apparently they were able to get one. Anya and Jada were helpful in finalizing the deals. I am very happy about the service including free cleaning of my jewelry while I look around and decide which items to purchase. The Sales Associate Niree K was very helpful and informative. The other S/A's that I briefly interacted with were also very helpful and professional. It was a pleasure to visit the Palisades store.
