Great experience exchanging a gift that was given to me. The store had the merchandise and were so friendly I ended up buying something else.

The easy finding of items and staff knows where to look for them too.

I was highly satisfied because the sales associate was very speedy. It was a couple of days before Christmas so the store was flooded with people. However we put our name on a waiting list and were called when they were ready to serve us. They sales associate was very nice and speedy and was able to sufficiently serve multiple people at the same time.

Service was quick and the lady knew about every item we wanted where it was and if there was none available each time we showed her on our phone of the charms we wanted. Jewelry was nicely stocked and put out for display

The wait for assistance was very reasonable considering the impending holiday, the associate who helped me (cannot remember his name) was very friendly and efficient, and I know the gift will be well received
