Jada wow where do I begin. She is patient, professional, knowledgeable, and has amazing customer service skills. It was a wow experience for me! She cleaned my rings and bracelets and placed my new charm perfectly. Soo happy with the experience plus she was very personable and easy to talk to and ask questions.

My daughter has fallen in love with your new Pandora selections. Her boyfriend gave her a ring and later gave her the necklace to go with it. Less than a year of having it a stone fell off she was devastated and then found out you would replace it. The day before picking it up we called for about 1 hr before taking the ride no one answered. Once we got there the next dat the service we were given was great she even explained that the phones were down the day before and has a new system. The store is super clean and sales associates kind friendly and knowledgeable. we will be back for Valentines Day to but her the earrings to match her ring and necklace

The main reason I was highly satisfied with my experience was because of the sales associate who helped me, Anya P, she was very helpful and kind!

The staff was welcoming. The atmosphere was nice and the store looked clean and beautiful. The product was readily available for purchase.

I exchanged a bracelet for a smaller size. There was only one left but thankfully the associate looked around and found the last one!

I keep coming back to this store for a reason. The sales associates are always kind and helpful. Never feel rushed when I come into this store. Overall, just a friendly environment.

The associate that helped us was very friendly and accommodating. I was just a little disappointed that some of the charm that my daughter wanted were not available. But it was a good shopping experience for us.
