Sales rep very helpful

I had a problem with the chain for a necklace I purchased that broke twice, They immediately explained the one year warranty that came with my necklace and replaced it for me. No arguments no hassle.

The sales associate was very pleasant, kind efficient and assisted me quickly. She gave me exactly what I wanted to purchase in a timely manner. I would definite seek her assistance again and recommend anyone to shop at this Pandora branch.

The associate Priscilla was amazing, she offered assistance as soon as I walked in and was very patient while I made my choices. She was very knowledgeable about the items available and which were not and always had a smile it was great having her help because ive been to a couple other locations where the associates are not friendly at all.

The sales staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. They demonstrate patience while working with customers. They made me feel as if I was the only customer in the store.

Explained to the associate what I was looking for and she was extremely helpful in looking/offering ideas. Pleasant to work with.
