When I went in I waited maybe like a minute or two and someone came to help me. My questions were answered effortlessly and the product was quickly shown to me.

The woman who helped me at the store (I think the receipt said her name was Priscilla) was amazing. She answered every question I had and she was so patient with me. She even helped my mom who is super indecisive. She provided great customer service and helped me and my mom pick out 3 beautiful rings yesterday and another one a couple days before. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated her help.

A sales associate instantly came to help me choose jewelry and assisted me quickly. I was able to make a purchase I was happy with within 15 minutes!

The staff were quick with helping me and my brother with choosing out a gift so last minute. The books for choosing out charms were easy to find. Also there wasn’t that much of a wait to pay for our items as well.
