The store was clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and eager to help. Everything was organized nicely and it was easy to locate jewelry that suited my fiance.

I was highly satisfied with my visit today because of the effectiveness of the store as a whole, upon walking in the sales reps quickly asked if I needed help with finding my item and when i told Them what I wanted they quickly assisted me, they also were very friendly

The store was implementing a new way to help customers and it was much more pleasant than how it use to be. The sales associates were able to take their time in assisting each person and able to find products without it being so crowded

Priscilla, the sales associate was extremely patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. I asked her a ton of questions and she was very patient and super sweet. She is a great salesperson and a wonderful asset to the company. Although, I live quite far from this particular store, I will make an effort to come see her and the other ladies who were all so welcoming.
