Pandora Jewelry

I love shopping at the Pandora store in the Palisades Mall (West Nyack, NY). The staff are always friendly and helpful. Most of the staff know what I like and they call me when new items that may be of interest to me are available to purchase. I appreciate all that they do at this store to make their customers have a good shopping experience.

I was just browsing with my mom and ended up finding some beautiful items. It was my mothers birthday so the the experience felt extra special for her because of the associates.

The young lady that took care of me was excellent and I would recommend anyone to go to that location in the palisades mall and hope to get her for their sales rep.

I was very pleased with my experience in the store at the Palisades mall from the second I walked in. Sapphire approached me and asked if I needed any assistance and that I could let her know if I had any questions. She checked in on me every few minutes while she let me just browse the store on my own, which I appreciated. At first I didn’t think I’d walk out with anything but she would talk to me about products and different options for my moms Christmas gift. I finally picked something out and left the store very satisfied with my purchase and Sapphire was great and super friendly! She was ready to answer any questions I had and was always available. Best experience I’ve had at Pandora so far!
