Pandora is something you will have for a life time. Pandora staff know their stuff and what I like is going to a place where the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. What I wished from Pandora is the prices for the Gold charms weren't so expensive and the selection they would have more.

Last year I had an awful experience here- walked out. I had a last minute gift and decided to try again. What a difference!! The minute I walked in I was asked if I needed help. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with a previous purchase and they worked really hard to look for the receipt even though it was a gift and replaced it. During my wait, they cleaned my bracelets and charms, unexpected service loved it!! Went in for one item got 3!
