As I walked into the store and tried to get someone's attention for, I was looked in the face multiple times by one particular employee (who was the manager) and as im about to ask for help she would just walk away. I return to the front of the store and ask if there is a sign in since no one is eager to help and there was one. If in fact there is a sign in shouldn't the person be standing in the front of the store and not coming out the back room or roaming the store speaking to others who have already signed in? The same manager was the one with the list. She was very excited and helpful when others walked in but I guess I didn't look like the part of a paying customer. First she bought me the wrong charm, looked like she was scrambling and rushing. Then when it was time for checkout, yes she ended being the person who had to help me(karma was quick), she couldn't find the barcode to ring me up. There was a giveaway for people who purchased from the store but I wasn't given a heads up about that I over heard the sales person next to me tell her customer, i was told thank you for your patience and she proceeded her way back into the back room without another word.

When I entered the store with my family the association in front of the store was rude!! She had an attitude the whole time. We had told her it’s was 5 of us. She goes on to say “ Sorry only 2 people at a time in the store.” Meanwhile inside there was 5 or 6. Once the other customers left she only let 2 of us enter. I told her we all wanted to be inside. She kept having disgusting attitude saying no only to. So once I entered with someone. She let some other customer enter but not the rest of my family members. My dad who was waiting to come in told her he was next. She says with a high pitch voice “ No you weren’t!” So she let someone else go in again. So finally she let my dad enter after having 6 people in the store & in the beginning claiming only “2” people at a time. Once inside the customer service wasn’t that great at at but not as bad as the one we received before entering!! This is the worst customer service experience ever!! I’ve been to a lot of Pandora’s but this one…ends all my purchases with the company.

The sales associate was rude and not helpful. Her name is queeny and she actually had a bad attitude.

I went to the store last night to get a Mother’s Day gift. By that time it was just me and someone else online. Went into the store and when it was time to pay, I realized I left my Pandora card in my other purse. When I told the sales associate I wanted to use my Pandora credit card, she said I couldn’t use it because “they didn’t have time to look up my card”. I persisted and she asked the supervisor, who proceeded to tell me the same thing. I was almost left stranded without a Mother’s Day gift. This is the first time this has ever happened at a department store. No matter how busy they are, they will always look for my card. So customer service quality declines based on how busy the store is which they’ve had time to prepare because I’m sure this is one of the busiest times. She sales associate did get what I needed very fast, but she was rushing the entire transaction which didn’t make me feel comfortable and really didn’t have the time to look around in the store for more gifts.

I placed an online order to pick up but they canceled it saying that was not in store. When I went there they had it and told me that they canceled my order because I used my online coupon. And they didn't accept it at the store.

Kimberly was our sales associate and she was really rude, uninterested and impatient with us. My best friend and I went to the store to look for matching rings or charms to get ourselves and we wanted to buy a lot of things. Sadly due to Kimberly’s extremely rude and impatient behavior we did not purchase any of the things we wanted to. She was behaving as though we were bothering her, rolled her eyes and passed comments to us and was extremely uninterested in selling us anything. I even asked for her recommendations and she was pretty short with me about it. She was constantly slamming the rings and charms we were asking for on the glass counter top. Not to mention she looked clueless every time we asked for a specific product or asked for a product by name. I had to repeat the word “ravenclaw” to her 5 times as she grew impatient before giving up and just asked to see the “harry potter” charms to which she AGAIN responded with “which one though?” And then when I repeated ravenclaw for the 6th time she rolled her eyes at me. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a pandora store.

I originally went to look at 2 iChat a but was undecided, one charm was not available, was offered a different one. Sales associate was rushing, although small holiday line I should not have felt rushed, purchased a charm i in turn returned back to store 10 min later and returned. Different associate helped with return. The associate who processed return saw me asked for charm I was returning, 2 charms in box, associate removed the charm, placed box on counter and said” there’s the other charm” did not placed back in bag, did not rewrap, just left on counter for me to place back in bag, did not care about presentation, saw me struggling with bag and did not offer to assist. Over all experience I did not feel valued as a customer. Called back to speak to manager about my experience but phone just rang no answer
