I attempted to order online with in-store pickup the morning prior to visiting but my order was cancelled a few hours later due to the items being out of stock, even though they were listed as in-stock online. Upon arriving at the store, I waited on line for about half an hour before entry. The charm and bracelet I tried ordering online prior were available in-store and I purchased them. I found it completely unnecessary to have my online order cancelled and having to wait online to pick out new charms when the one I originally wanted was still available.

Fui con toda la emoción a adquier la primera Pandora para mi madre , la compre y otra ora mi y mi hija . Pero me cobraron una demás iré hoy a que me hagan la devolución. Creo que el personal se enfoca en terminar rápido con el cliente por la presión de que hay más personas en línea. Pero eso hace cometer errores desagradables como el que paso conmigo. Pague por algo que no recibí. Y yo espere mi turno por tanto mi tiempo debe ser respetado. I’m no happy 😕

My boyfriend bought me a ring three months ago and three of the stones have already fallen out. I take such good care of the ring so it’s not anything I could have done which is so disappointing. I was able to get anew one from the warranty, however, I don’t want to wear it so the stones don’t fall out again. I will never buy another item from Pandora. Such poor quality

It wasn’t the greatest experience for me due to the fact that it seems Pandora sales associates don’t have professionalism when it comes to their products. It took the sales rep a while to locate the merchandise I was interested in, and only to find out that i was given the merchandise from the display. I didn’t know if that was given to someone else to preview and touch, and it was not cleaned before it was sold to me.

Sales associate not knowledgeable, went to take another customer issue and left me unattended for quite a while, she was also unapologetic and sarcastic when expressed my issues and also didn’t want a product I was going to purchase a charm and she couldn’t figure out th price so I said I have to go forget it can’t wait any longer ..she sarcastically said by the time I remove the charm I can find out the price..I was done at that point and also didn’t want to give stir anymore business..as I spent over $400 for terrible service.

There was an 1.5 hour wait, the associate was not understanding out needs and she was getting frustrated. She kept going back and forth because she wasn’t focusing on us.

Was not greeted or attended by any associate. I picked up a pamphlet and looked through and chose what I wanted and had to walk to each table until a rep asked another person, who was with someone else who was with a rep, if they needed assistance, they replied no and so I said "I do". I was passed by and not once greeted, even when I took a pamphlet from their box which was at the center of the table. No one bothered to say I'll be right with you.
