I was asked if I needed assistance, I said yes. Waited 15 mins and no one helped me. The associate that was supposed to help me took another customer that was walking in and kept ignoring me. Someone else had to point out that I was still unattended. After I said what I was looking for, it took them too long to find and was told I could order it online but they could not do it for me.

I wanted to return a damaged charm and initially the sales associate did not want to accept the return because the item was purchased at a different location. You reluctantly accepted the return, but wouldn't allow me to exchange the damaged charm for a different charm, even though the sales date for the charm was within a 7 day period. I wanted to exchange the charm and buy additional charms. The sales associate was so difficult that I made the exchange and left. She also dropped my charms from my bracelet on the floor while removing the damaged charm and kept complaining that she just got her nails done and the bracelet wasn't opening for her.

Item was not in stock. I could not order it and have it shipped. Could not buy it at discounted sale because it was not in stock.

The clasp on my bracelet broke after 2 months. It was clicking closed but would still open causing the bracelet to slide off my wrist. It fell off at work and luckily someone found it. I brought it to the Pandora store and instead of replacing my bracelet the sales associate "fixed" it. It fell off again this morning, luckily I purchased a safety chain, but I feel that I should've been provided with a new bracelet since mine was 2 months old, I had the original receipt.

Sales associate Erica was very pleasant, however she did not know her merchandise. She could not tell me the length of a chain on inches, only in centimeters, and suggested I Google it. She told me that the Diamonds By Pandora bracelets in silver and white gold were identical except for the metal; this was incorrect as the diamond size is different and one of the three dimensions is also different. She told me, after checking with a manager, that the Diamonds By Pandora purchase did not entitle me to the free promotional bracelet; when I got home, I called customer service and was told that the purchase absolutely did entitle me to the bracelet so I had to go back to the store to have this corrected. When I went back to do this, at 10:30 a.m. the next day, the store was closed and dark, despite the stated opening time being 10:00 a.m. At 10:30 a.m. they were still closed, requiring an ADDITIONAL return trip. Erica did process the free promotional bracelet then, but this took way too much effort on my part, and there is just no excuse for Pandora staff not knowing the terms of a promotion. NOT HAPPY. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. NEVER SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED HERE. WON’T AGAIN.

Waited 40 minutes in line outside, when I was finally let in no one help me until I when to the Cashier and asked if she could help me and she looked at me like I was asking for free items, Very Unprofessional .

Initially, I went in hoping my daughters Pandora ring could be fixed or exchanged since one of the studs came out. They could not find me in the system which was odd. I’ve shopped NUMEROUS times and have spent large amounts of money each time. Unfortunately nothing could be done because the system according to the sales rep could.not find me. I then purchase two rings give my email again and the sales person says my name. I asked how she knows my name if nothing popped up before and could not get an answer. Disappointed in the service I received.

I wasn’t greeted when walking through the door. When I spoke to greet, no one said anything back. No one was welcoming at all, the experience was just dry and blahh.

Was treated like an outlast I felt that I was out of my nationality and not treated like an equal. Also needed help and didn’t get what I asked but someone else did. Not right :(
