I wanted a pacific charm but gotten another one instead. Hopefully I’m able to exchange it and get the exact charm that I wanted.

Very Disappointed with the poor selection of charms. Keep going to complete my bracelet and it’s always the same old thing nothing new!!!! Also charms are very expensive for the fact u can’t even get the bracelet wet or it will tarnish!!!!!

Unfriendly, didn’t offer options, didn’t ask proper questions to make the sale, just gave us the book to look.

The wait to get in the store was very long. Once inside the service was very slow. They did not have many charms and the price was ridiculously high

My mom got a gift for Christmas and the necklace had a faulty locking mechanism. We went to exchange it but couldn’t be helped because the entire chain was not available. We didn’t get any additional help and we seemed like we were annoying her because we didn’t have a receipt. Not an unlikely scenario when you are gifted something. My mom’s chain now sits in the draw and isn’t used. Kay jewelers has a great database and can look up client information, find another store that has the item we were looking for, send it out for service or fix it on the spot. Pandora is good for cute charms but not expensive necklaces, bracelets, etc. Regret the gift big time.

Staff was very cut to the chase. Didn’t great in a very nice way. I would ask a question and she would just give me a one or two answer reply.
