pandora is one of my favorite stores. the experience as great. i always go there for gifts for people like birthdays.

I haven’t been to the mall in years and forgot that the mall closes so early on Sundays. A lot of the stores were closed all day, so I didn’t think about your sales team behind the counter. My husband and I were 100% sure we were going to buy something when we walked in, but we accidentally were in there just before closing. (I’ve worked retail and I know how rude it is for customers to come in at the last minute.) However, the 3 ladies I saw working there on 1/22 were so kind and amazing! Other customers came in after me and not a single one complained about anyone being in there with 10 minutes to closing. The other store were kicking people out as we left. There was an incredible difference in this location. These girls are the face of the store and it’s easy to forget just how important this is. If they would have asked any of us to leave, no one would have purchased anything. In this job market and declined traffic at malls, the sales team makes a huge difference. These women deserve a raise, but if that’s impossible, please at least treat them to lunch and coffee!

This store has professional staff and they make you feel welcome. Products are readily available. The store is always clean.

Sales associate ask me right away if she could help me. The sales associate showed me what I was looking for, so I could make an informed decision of what I wanted to buy. She was knowledgeable and friendly.

I have difficulty with my fingers because of arthritis, sales person knew which products to sale.

I have been a customer for years I have one bracelet I'm working on the second one I have plenty of charms they have even more new ones and I'll be glad to return in the future

Sales associate Nadia was very knowledgeable about the product and made suggestions. I am a new Pandora owner, and not as familiar with this brand as I am with Trollbeads. The things she told me about the bracelet stretching and beads getting stuck and needing to buy stoppers to keep from having to break my bracelet to get them off were things I did not know before.
