I was able to get the charm that I was looking for. The associate was very instrumental in placing it exactly where I wanted it. The overall experience was good.

The sales persons were friendly and very accommodating. They gave great ideas and showed pieces of jewelry that complimented my bracelet. They worked together to assist in answering my questions and above and beyond in arranging my bracelet with the new products that I purchased. It was a fun, exciting and great experience. Can't wait to return for new and different products! Thanks so much!
