First timer in the Kenwood Mall was a delight. I was totally impress with the Sale Associate Sweet Christina Awesome. I stated you never know who you’re entertaining and she definitely passed the test I’m n from out of town and observation on few key areas of customer service and notice ability. Thank you Christina continue to be grateful. Because what I noticed the other Sale s Associate s turn their back big problem big. Has been noted , was not please nor did they even acknowledge me as I stood waiting on my jewelry to be clean . Interesting 🤔 I was somebody and they turned away.?you need more beautiful spirit like Christina .keep her and talk to other staff just. Like myself anyone can walk thru that door I did a somebody of excellence .

Had great service on top of great customer care. She plugged the business well and I loved the engraving so I got 2/3 of my charms engraved.Christina at the Kenwood location did a great job.

The friendliness I received when I first walked in the store was welcoming. Nadia was very helpful and went above and beyond her duty to please me. The other 2 associates working with her were very friendly as well.
