Alexis It was my mother’s 78th Birthday she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and most of all patient I changed the bracelet length 3 times after she installed the charms she endured my indecisiveness and gave great suggestions without being too pushy even though it was close to closing time we found a bracelet that was easy for my mother to maneuver by herself to take on and off without any assistance that was extremely important cause we stay in different cities these milestones in age are extremely important for the ones we love as well as scary at the same time trying to make a gift that says I love and appreciate you gets hard without shadowing the thoughts of how much time is actually left to celebrate she made that part a walk in the birthday park extremely easy as for the rest I’ll handle it like a big boy and keep wish for as many more visits to celebrate my mother thank you Alexis and Pandora
