Ashley the manager was so awesome. I was last in store around Christmas, customer service was not good at all. I started ordering online. I will be back now.

The whole experience was great and I was able to get my wife the clips she needed. I also asked about their engraved charms and I was given a coupon to be able to get a free engraving soon which I plan to use for my wife’s next charm

The associate was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and specials in the store. She suggested a charm that I could get engraved to add to the bracelet I was creating for a special graduate. The bracelet turned out beautiful and I can't wait to give her this gift.

I was able to purchase a gift for a friend that I am sure she will love. There were options that I could chose from.

I went in the store looking just for charms to go on my moms bracelet. I saw the free bracelet promotion and the sales person handle my request very well to ensure I met at the requirements needed. She also tried to use my other discounts just in case they worked.
