Jen, was very helpful. I had a bracelet that I hadn't been able 2 wear it bc soon as I put it on it comes back open. It was out of warranty, so Jen adjusted it and tht made a world of difference. She also clarified tht you don't have 2 take ur charms off for them 2 clean ur bracelet. Just very helpful overall in assisting us with our purchases.
