As soon as I explained to the associate what I was looking for she pulled out a tray of rings. She showed me the different styles. She was quick and knowledgeable about the products.

Barbara, Camiya, and Luanasia was the most helpful sales people that I've ever encountered. Barbara was new; however, she cleaned my bracelet and charms with such care! Afterwards Camiya assisted Barbara because she was new after I told her that I'd like to see a rose gold bracelet and charms. They were both extraordinary with their customer service skills and patience while I was trying to decide on the "Perfect" gift for my daughter's 25th birthday. Barbara offered me the 6 month interest free credit card in which I hadn't considered prior. I opened an acct. and Luanasia told me that if I spent an additional $75 I could get 12 month free interest with the credit card. I walked out of the store a happy camper!! Kudos to all 3 ladies!! A great team!! I wish there were more like them around to making the shopping experience pain free!!

I received immediate assistance. The Sales Associate was patient and helpful. And she offered to clean my bracelet and informed me of sale that was being offered.
