I received an email regarding the new Game of Thrones collection, which I believe to be Pandora's best collaboration collection, and wanted to see the items in person. I went to the Pandora store in Garden State mall. As it was a weekday, I was lucky enough to be helped immediately. The associate, Melissa M., helped me with every item I wanted to look at and try. She also gave me detail regarding each piece. I decided on the "Game of Thrones Dragon Sparkling Ring" and have been satisfied with my purchase since. Melissa also made the purchase process quick and easy. I would also like to mention the last experience I had at the store was incredibly negatived and led me to file a complaint and I didn't plan to return but this positive experience has made me want to return soon to purchase more.

I was highly satisfied because the worker helped me with finding the right size bracelet. She was a nice worker finding me charms. Also she assemble and packaged it beautiful.
