I was really excited to go and buy a bracelet. The staff was super friendly and helped me look at choices . Loved how my bracelet came out

Carrie was awesome and I appreciated all her help with allowing me to try on different rings in different sizes. She had a lot of patience working with me and also since I was wearing Pandora rings already, I asked if she could clean my already owned Pandora and she did it with no hesitation! I loved my experience at this store, especially because I was only able to go because of delayed flight, it took my mind off of the negative aspect of having to be stuck at an airport.

The sales associate Carrie was absolutely lovely and very helpful. My boyfriend had gotten me a Reflexions charm thinking it would fit my regular charm bracelet for Valentines Day. He did so well picking it out, and I didn't want to upset him by telling him it was a charm that couldn't fit my bracelet. She was quick to help me get a bracelet it would fit on, and even helped me come up with a way to "break the news" that I had to get a new bracelet for the charm. My boyfriend and I both loved the new bracelet even more than placing the charm on my old one. It worked out so well! Carrie was so great, helped me so quickly (I was waiting to board my flight) and was made my experience super fun! I will totally stop in next time I fly. 10/10 experience!

Got in, made my purchase and left. Purchase made at an airport store so I was limited on time. Sales associate was efficient, helpful and friendly.

I was looking for a specific ring For my sister that I’ve wanted for a while. The associate was nice enough to measure my ring size and let me try two sizes to make sure. She wrapped the ring with black paper and put a cute pink bow. I left the store very satisfied.

The sales associate was very welcoming as soon as I entered store. She also was very helpful in recommending charms. She did a wonderful job on wrapping up the box because it was a gift.
