The sales people were very friendly, knowledgable about their products, and very patient!

The ladies that helped me were very friendly and very helpful. I was looking for a particular ring, and they didn't complain while trying to locate the ring in the store. It showed on the computer that they had one in stock, and it took a little bit to locate that one ring.

Sara & Jacob were absolutely phenomenal. We visited the Pandora in Penn Square Mall in OKC & were offered little to no assistance & told we could call Pandora to find what we were looking for. Sara & Jacob made up for that experience & more with their kindness, enthusiasm, & eagerness to help. We will be coming back to this store from now on!

I needed a polish cloth for my mom. Non of the other jewelry stores actually sell those. Ben was super helpful and even suggested a full care kit, it was a bit more than I needed and he seemed more than happy to pull out a basic cloth and help me out. Wil definitely be back.
