I purchased a bracelet as a gift in the beginning of the month, and it was the wrong size. I called Kathy today to see if I could exchange it and she put the bracelet on hold for me until I could come in and purchase it.

Kathy helped me find my receipt. Also exchanged it for the corret size. And offerd this feedback service. Thank you
