It had high-end finishes and at a pretty good paid breakfast but they need to expand the breakfast time till 1030 and resupply it refresh it or 11 because it was just barely I'm prepared for 10 o'clock risers which was just too early to late to to get up on the breakfast but overall the housekeeping needed a little bit and I'm pretty thin but I think the quiet time for you to be more strictly enforced it was loud

The front desk person that checked us in was extremely friendly. The only negative thing was the tub surround was nasty from the tub up about 5"

We were disappointed in our room's bathroom toilet did not work. Staff was quick to send someone to try to fix toilet; but were not able to do so. Initially we were told no other rooms were available; but a functioning toilet was available in the lobby. After using the restroom in the lobby, the manager, , was able to move us to another room. We are so appreciative of him doing that. Having a twelve year old daughter, we would not have allowed her to go downstairs by herself during the night if she needed to go to the restroom. the manager on duty, was so very helpful to us.

The room and hotel in general were great. The bar was out of almost everything and the pool was a disaster.

Wifi is horrible not a good connection at all or will not connect. Air conditioner blows really low even when I had it on 60 degrees. The room is very nice and spacious.

Both mornings I had asked for a late checkout and they didn't write it down or let the cleaning staff know so they knocked on the door 3 different times both of the mornings. After the first night's I was notified that I had to stay another night away from my house due to repairs issues. We booked the same room again and requested another late checkout for the next morning due to the fact that I am a disabled veteran and I do not move well in the mornings and we still had 3 different cleaning staff members knock on the door to clean the room because they weren't told that we had a late checkout again. The hotel was nice looking but the pool was not clean or inviting and staff was not trained well or not following their training properly. We chose the Holiday Inn because of the pool so I could relax in the pool but it was not clean enough to get in it either day of my stay. I would give it another try if they would straighten it up.-Nick Erwin (423)645-9627
