Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise has always offered excellent service. Not only will they pick you up, they'll drop you off.

I've used Enterprise several times and I've never been disappointed.

I loss a family member in death and was trying to get to the rest of my family some 500 miles away. The enterprise closest to my home had no cars. Neither did two others within 35 miles from me. i ended up reserving a car in a town about 150 miles from me because it was in the direction i was going. I asked the lady that took my reservation if she ws sure they had cars on the lot because i had such a hard time and was in a hurry. she assured me that they did but when i reached the location they didn't have any cars either! i had to wait 2.5 hours before a car came in! the reps in the office were extremely kind and offered drinks and a small discount on my rental but i was very disappointed with this experience. I've used enterprise many times before but this made me feel like i should look to other companies.

they didn't have any cars available when though they told me they did. i had to wait 2.5 hours before i got the vehicle. very upset about that!
