Roaches!!! Wasn't clean at all. Very disappointed. Great staff- just needs an exterminator.

Called the loyalty program. Was looking for a reasonable price, got one. However, I was very dissatisfied with this hotel. Checking experience was fine. Once I got into the room, I pulled back the sheets just to check them out. One of the bed had a very dirty sheet on it. It looked like it was used for painting. That totally disgusted me. So we called the hotel front desk. The hotel clerk came and gave us a whole set of new sheets. Not sure if he was suppose to but them on But we did that. Anyhow, as he he left the sheets in our room, we happen to tell the service clerk about the bathroom light above the toilet blinking. We told him we would be fine with that light since there was a light with in the stand up shower. My son just so happen to watch the service clerk walk down the hall to the front desk. Apparently the clerk raised his hands as if we where asking for a lot. Anyhow, along with the style of the room. It's very inconvenient for the people sleeping with in your room. The toilet had no lid, there was no hooks on the walls to hang things on. There wasn't even like a shelf to place things on. Very inconvenient for anyone who is trying to change clothes. The rooms it self need a major update. Mustard colored bedding, smoke wholes in the bedding. The room had two double beds. But there was this like wood thing that the tv sat on, and was also desk, dresser, and a place to hang clothes as if it where a closet. Also on the same exact walk, two chairs, one random chair you literally walk into upon entering the room, and the desk roll chair, also a frig and microwave. All this stuff was on one wall. Way to crowed, even if I where to stay here for a week. With other family members. There was no place to really put cloths into a dresser drawer. They where ver
