Nice hotel and convenient

I ate twice at the hotel. For dinner and breakfast, but both waitress barely ever smiled. Also when checking in, a customer was standing beside me and kept asking why his room key kept loosing it's magnetics, and the receptionist said in an uncomfortable tone of voice "are you leaving it by your phone or credit cards". The statement itself was not bad, but the tone of voice and the serious face made it seem VERY unfriendly. I work in business to and all it takes is a SMILE to make your guests feel more comfortable. I loved the gym. The hotel was very clean. Staff were always cleaning. Food was also very good. Thank you for listening!
