Hotel was under construction so some banging and construction noise was expected, just wasn't made aware until I arrived. Although the detours throughout the hotel were an inconvenience, the staff was friendly and tried to accommodate it's guests. Tram service was very convenient. Some shortcuts were taken by the construction company as observed in my room during the renovation.

Need a microwave in all the rooms and better smelling detergent. The sheets and towels stink

I didn't stay my friends did. I thought it was very nice. The one thing it's far away from the Main Street and restaurants .

Everything was broken

This hotel was disgusting. I cannot believe the price I paid. If I had the choice I would not have stayed after walking in. I was attending a wedding however. The air conditioning was not properly functioning and the shower was literally crumbling. The bathroom was one of the worst I have seen in a hotel. Hilton should be ashamed to have this location affiliated with their chain.
