Everything was great except the restaurant. The food was great but the service SUCKED. They were always slow. Didn't matter who the waiter or waitress was. S L O W

I enjoyed staying here. My room was very nice. There were a couple of minor issues, however. My shower leaked, and there was no clock in the room.

Good hotel overall. Am a Diamond member and was not offered Hhonors floor or amenities.

They stop serving food at 11 then liquor at 12. Went to my room and saw little bugs crawling around in the tub and floor in the bathroom. Went downstairs at 10:45. Ordered food and was told last call would be at 11 because it's slow. After ordering something light to eat and drink I requested a new room. Went to that room to still find bugs just not as many. Didn't sleep very good. Woke in the morning to speak with AGM bout the bug issue. I sent her emails with videos and pictures for evidence.
