Is this Hertz?? I am very satisfied, they were able to help me with very short notice when enterprise let me down. Plan to rent here on a regular basis

Started coming here because enterprise made me late to work because they did not have a vehicle ready for me at the scheduled time and refused to give me another available vehicle without charging me for upgrade. Same thing happened at hertz on this visit, was late to work for same reason. However because the staff was very polite and apologetic I am willing to give ONE more chance
