We come to NYC once a year for a week and stay at the Crown. We find it to be perfect location and the hotel itself is beautiful staff very attentive!

Great hotel but I hated the elevators. Everytime I got on one I felt like I was in a roller coaster

The hotel was great only down fall was they didn't leave shampoo or any soap when it was serviced
