Perfect!! My husband and I stayed for a couple nights and it was great. The staff was friendly, the valet remembered our names. Location is perfect. I can't wait to go back!

Had a wonderful stay at the Raphael! The staff was amazing. Amenities were more than we expected and the food was out of this world. Highly recommend!

Room service was terrible!!! Slow response (said it would be 20 mins and was 45-60!) food was cold or warm and not good. Still had to purchase and just got a shrug and sorry.

The food was not very good. My steak had blood running out of it and all over my mashed potatoes. The chicken was very dry. Very disappointed.

Very dissatisfied with the room, small beds, room needs updates-fixed, we had to call for non-decaf coffee for in our room, cold & drafty. Staff is friendly, however they could not accommodate us with a king bed instead of 2 double beds.
