Staff was very friendly

Horrible experience! The workers DAMAGED my car. They were very lazy and did not do the job correctly at all. They were not apologetic or helpful at all. I will never go to Jiffy Lube again. The stupid workers did not know how to change a headlight, so I still have to get that done after wasting an hour and a half. I also now have to get my car repaired from the damage they caused! Unbelievable.
