Front desk was very unprofessional! He claimed he had a rough night and was over worked. When i tried to check in my reservation was not showing up but my card had already been charged and he would not check me in claiming i has no reservation. I had all the emails and information proving i did. Took one hour to get a room! The room was good but the front desk needs help!
