I spent over an hour trying to purchase an Abasin season pass for me and my son. After standing in four different lines then asking if I could use a computer to purchase my passes. Then standing in line again only to find out that I was in the keystone only line. Then getting escorted to the other side of the building to pickup my passes for Abasin. What a bad first day and first time experience for me and my 7 yr old that spent 3 hrs in the car to get there then get the run around for another hour was "great".
