Dalton was very helpful, they really need to have more than one cot available to use.

There was a big mixup in a reservation when we arrived. The staff did work hard to try to rectify the situation and were able to put us in another room although other patrons were displaced also due to the computer mix up. Fortunately since we arrived prior to the others we were able to get a room but I don't know if that was the same for the other people coming
