The first person I encountered charged my card without telling me what for, lead me to believe it was for the incidentals. When I realized I was charged for the room after I had booked it online, I asked for help to get this resolved and after speaking with 4 different people I was told "there's nothing we can do." It wasn't until I spoke with customer service on the phone and had to argue to speak to a manager that I actually got my issue resolved. It's sad it had to go that far, if only people knew how to take ownership of a problem and do the work to help make it right for the customer rather than giving the customer the run around
