the pool was closed, one of the main reasons I booked. it happens. but we could hear the people above us and I called and complained and they said well that's ok they can't hear you. also sounded like we were at a speed way with the traffic that was going by. staff was rude.

The mattress had some huge stain on it and the lady at the front desk was notified and the day we left another lady asked me how my stay was and I told her aweful! We had a suite and one of the chairs were broken and a stain on the green cover on the bed! The breakfast was aweful until Monday when they had a hot food on the buffet all weekend only waffles! Worse experience we had! The day we left a manager called but no discount was given! I have pictures to show the stain on the mattress and broken chair
