Sheraton Metairie - New Orleans Hotel

Great staff

I was there for a meeting and the staff there was so friendly and professional. I would definately stay here if and when the opportunity arises.

good location outside the city with free parking. right off a major highway and close to many restaurants

Reasonable hotel, although over priced.

Good stay. Food was good.

Every thing was nice, but I was very disappointed that the ice maker on my floor was broken.

I went and met a guest that was staying at this hotel and hung out by the pool and had a few drinks.. Overall I had a good experience. Friendly staff and clean environment., I will stay here in the future if needed
