Nice property but a little worn. Need omelettes at breakfast buffet and more fresh fruit like strawberries and blueberries.

I have enjoyed everything about this stay except the temperature in the room. We upgraded to a suite. I feel that with paying over $550/night, the air conditioner would keep us cool while in the room. Not so! At night, I was so hot, I couldn't even sleep under the sheets. After a shower, I was sweating, just trying to get dressed. We were told this was because of the humidity levels, however the temp in the rum fire was so cool, I needed a sweater. I think either the air conditioner needs replaced, or there needs to be multiple units in the larger suite rooms.

I was really disappointed on the last day of our stay there was renovations in all areas of the resort. There was no place to relax in quiet and it was frustrating, since it wasn't told to us during booking. I wish they left at least one area of the pool to get away from the noise since we specifically came to relax on vacation.

Short on staffing in front desk area. We chose the 600$ suite for king bed and ocean front. AC sucks, room is 72 at best, which the front desk says it's hot. Well duh! Go into the bar RumFire and it's a ice box. Back to our 600$ suite- humid hot
