Great hotel. Only downfall was the staff at the Club Lounge on the 6th floor wasn't super helpful/friendly. Otherwise, great experience.

Neighbors very very loud. Did green choice. Would request restock of items each morning. Never fulfilled and had to ask again each evening. Annoying.

We had to wait 15 min. until someone acknowledged us..then sat at a dirty table...which I cleaned ...got up & got ourselves menus then had to wait another 10 min. to get our drink order..we ordered our soup & salad..the soup was good but not hot...the salad actually had mold spores growing on the lettuce & fruit on it...the salmon & wild rice was ok but not hot..also the dessert tasted like it had been sitting out for quite a while ,it was not fresh...we spent a lot of money on our meal and were not satisfied,,we probably should have complained to the staff but they were so busy doing room service orders that we did not see them very often...we just wanted to get out of there and go home and get a good glass of wine...I was disappointed with the quality of food and the service
