Wonderful place to stay

nice hotel

Very very nice

Bathroom had several stray hairs that needed to have been cleaned up. Other than that, lovely venue.

Room was dusty, phone was broken by bed Concierge in club room was rude to some guests when she announced breakfast would be over soon someone said "we were told it was until 9:30" and she loudly replied back to the whole room "ya know, I am tired of hearing that" we were all stunned.

Like but need to stay to get the full service

Room felt very muggy, moldy and stale. Not what I was expecting for a well known property. The elevators were not very clean and the coffee in the lobby of hotel was vibe dry...no go for business travelers who are in the go. The staff was pleasant

The hotel was very busy at around midnight and we checked in quickly. The front desk help was very loud in telling us info. Bar closed at 1. We decided to come down for a quick beer. They wanted 6 dollars for a beer kinda expensive. There was a cup of foul smelling black like tar with plastic wrap sitting right in front of us where we eat and drink and that bar. I asked what it was and they said it was a fly trap! That sounds a bit against health code.

The rooms were small and tight. No refrigerator or microwave . No complimentary beverage . The outlets in bathroom were not working. Overall experience was not that pleasant
