Nice amenities and beds. Extremely outdated building design that means constant noise from the pool several flights down, the room next door, and the hallway will sometimes go loudly almost 24 hours a day. There are thousands of people in and around this hotel at any given time. The reviews advise this is not a place to come for peace and quiet. That is the certain and unfortunate truth.

I kinda feel nickeled and dined by hotels in Honolulu and this one was no different. I hate resort fees when you are already paying a lot to stay at a hotel. The prices at the breakfast buffet are also outrageous. Who could really eat $30 in breakfast food!! Loved the pool. Loved the beach. Loved the staff. Just wish it felt my wallet was taken into consideration

Could be a little more helpful, it was our first time in Hawaii because of time difference my son went to sleep at 2 pm. and wake up at 2 am. and was very hungry. He is 7 years old. I call the room services and ask for maybe a cracker or bread, but get no help from the hotel but was suggest to walk to Seven Eleven. I have a small child with me And 2 in the morning I don't think that was Generous of the hotel. Very disappointed.

I love the location but I wish there more beach space and little beach space that is there should not be a docking place for the boat. Also the elevator situation is a bit odd because the button is in the center and the elevators don't have AC.
