The facility was excellent! Love the games that are done between innings and we love that Chopper is always interacting with the fans. The food was alright, nothing special. It was irritating that the man working that counter said that he wasn't allowed to give me an empty basket to carry my stuff in. I spent a ton of money - it would be nice to have my items a little more organized and less thrown together.

A wonderful facility. We had seats in the outfield but it felt like we were just as much a part of the game as if we were behind home plate. Friendly staff and helpful staff. We always enjoy our experiences at Cool Ray Field. We are looking forward to our next visit soon.

Staff and field was great. Disappointed that they only played 7 innings when I expected 9. Feel like I was ripped off. it was probably due to a makup game that had to be played due to rain. But I still feel like I was robbed of watching two more innings that I paid for.
