Old hotel that needs renovation. Good location for my family visits. Staff was friendly and it was as clean can be expected but the building needs a renovation badly.

This hotel is not in good repair. Specific to the room I was staying in, there are electrical outlets hanging loose from the walls, peeling plaster and other damage to the ceiling, cracked sink basin, peeling paint on the walls. Not a very nice hotel.

there were rats in the trash can the room wasn't clean there were crumbs in the bed and the pool was nasty and cloudy

The hotel was horrible. We booked it as part of a package and when we got there the front desk couldn't even tell us if our room was clean and ready. We go to our room in the elevator and it was filthy and smelled so bad I almost got sick. Our room was dirty and the pillow cases had what looked like blood on them. The ice machine was broken, and the pool had a gross looking film on it. There were ants crawling all over the floor by the pool because no one had cleaned up old food laying around. There was mold all over the walls and it smelt horrible by the pool. My husband went to see off we could cancel our reservation and the front desk basically kicked us out. She said we had 10 minutes to call the company we booked with and get our stuff out of the room. We ended up at the hotel across the street which cost us twice a much. I will never stay at a Baymont again, and that location should be shut down.
