Reservation made was not given. Room smelled like an animal had been there, and took a while to get into the room. Dissatisfied with the experience

Not a very good experience

Looked nothing like the pictures on the website!! Pool was disgusting, spider crawling in my bed, housekeeping came to my door three times asking me when I was checking out!!

Very dirty rooms. We moved rooms cause ours was dirty and 2 nd room was dirty as well. We would have left and went elsewhere but town was booked. Will NEVER stay there again, loyalty member or not
