The hotel is Plenty clean but the hallway has a bad odor it on the third floor

When we got to our room it had a very musty smell to it. Then when we went to breakfast the next morning, I fixed a waffle and it stuck to the waffle maker. Waffle makers are a big reason people choose these hotels!
