My only complaint is that two authorization charges were placed on my card and have not yet been removed

Room is dirty and had parts out(wood parts) like they were remodeling and left parts out.

Had a wedding block room discount. Found it cheaper online but they changed the block rate for us. Personalities of a wet towel at the front desk and hostess stand. Ice maker didn't work. Was sent on a wild goose chase to find ice. Front desk was taking forever so asked employees walking by... They said front desk. Front desk said they were out to try the restaurant. The hostess then said they were out there should be ice bucket in room. Ice machine was broken. Stopped another employee... Only 1 ice machine and broken but people have been going all the way to the back bar for ice. I walked into the restaurant bar and the bar tender was the only person to seemingly care. He found me a bag of ice and told me there was more if I needed... WHILE EVERYONE ELSE SAID THERE WAS NONE!

It was ok
