Bluegreen Vacations Casa del Mar, Ascend Resort Collection

Did not like the constant harassment received from Bluegreen employees. I pay my timeshare each month with the hope of enjoying a relaxing vacation, and that was interrupted by the bothersome voicemails and meetings from employees. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Had a great stay, I enjoyed the beach view and all staff was excellent will be back again soon

The resort needs updated in a lot of places. The rooms are not what I expected. Some of the tile pieces in the bathroom areas are broken. The stove is too small. The covers on the kitchen chairs are vinyl like. Legs stick to them if wearing shorts.

Room was a mess. Asked for help and was told it would be a while - why don't you just go out for a bit? Only one towell and was told others would come when they were clean. They never did

Expected to have a room or looking over the water but facing the road with lots of traffic noise.
